Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meetingo (“Meetingo,” “we,” “us”), including our web application and Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Meetingo lets you upload documents and receive concise, source-cited answers grounded in those documents — both in the web app and live during a Google Meet via our Chrome extension. The Service uses third-party AI to generate answers.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
- Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial with unlimited use. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid plan automatically begins.
- Pricing. The Pro plan is $10 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancel within the 3-day trial and you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing begins, access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, whose terms also apply to the purchase. Taxes may be added as required by law.
- Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted within this 14-day period will be honored in full. Refunds requested after the 14-day period will not be granted. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including sending relevant passages to our AI provider to generate answers). You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing.
- Use the Service to violate privacy or applicable recording/consent laws.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models.
Meeting capture & consent. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and policies that apply to capturing or transcribing meetings, including obtaining any consent required from other participants.
6. AI-generated answers — no warranty of accuracy
Answers are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. While Meetingo is designed to ground answers in your documents and to cite sources, you are responsible for verifying any answer before relying on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (including Supabase, DigitalOcean, OpenAI, Paddle, and Google). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Meetingo and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetingo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
